Our basic Perfect Princess, Superhero, and Mascot packages are not available at all locations.
Travel surcharges are applied to areas over 15 km from our point of origin to accommodate our cast member(s) additional time and mileage.
OUTDOOR EVENTS are subject to weather conditions and may only proceed at Enchanted Entertainment’s discretion at the time of booking. We prioritize the comfort of our cast members and recommend hosting appearances indoors.
